Work

Products we operate and projects we've built with clients.

Horse A Piece LLC works across the full lifecycle of software — from understanding the problem and shaping the architecture to building, integrating, launching, and evolving the finished product.

Some of that work is done with clients. Some of it happens through products we build and operate ourselves.

Horse A Piece

Horse A Piece is an equine travel platform built and operated by Horse A Piece LLC. It brings together overnight stays, equine services, trails, and other resources to make traveling with horses easier to plan.

The platform is also where we put our product philosophy into practice — combining customer discovery, product strategy, software architecture, mobile development, data integration, and continuous iteration into a real product serving a real community.

Built from a real problem

Started with the challenges horse owners face finding reliable places, services, and resources while traveling.

Designed end to end

Product strategy, UX, mobile development, platform architecture, data, and operations are treated as one system.

Built to keep learning

Operating a live product gives us direct experience maintaining, evolving, and learning from software beyond its initial delivery.
